Since the start of Gold Artist Academy, we've seen some amazing transformations from our artists. It's been an incredible honor to mentor you along your journey.

The Gold Artist of the Year Award is our way of celebrating the artist who has demonstrated the most amazing transformation in their personal and artistic growth in 2021.

We are offering over $18,000 in prizes, including private mentorship for up to a year.

I love hearing your stories about how our training has helped you, and how you in turn are helping your fans and making a positive impact with your music.

Without your hard work and dedication, this movement wouldn't be happening, so thank you for sharing your gift with the world.

 

Contest Guidelines:

Who can apply?

This competition is open to any artists who have joined our Gold Artist Academy.

How to apply?

To apply, you will need to record a 3-5 minute video and submit your entry by 11:59PM EST on Monday December 20th, 2021. Click here for more details: Application & Entry.

How is the winner chosen?

In this contest, the winners will not be determined solely by who has the biggest, most successful music career - the winner will be determined based upon several factors. Some considerations include who can best share their story of how Modern Musician has changed their life and how much of a commitment they have made to having a successful music career.

This year, we’re also offering a number of other category awards: Streaming Award, Revenue Award, StreetTeam Award and Impact Award.

These finalists will then be announced to our audience, and the winner will be chosen by our guest judges and a group vote.

Winners will be announced at Modern Musician Live on January 2nd-4th 2022.
